To celebrate my blogiversary yesterday I made two very decadent bakes (I will post the recipes when I return from Santa Cruz) to celebrate the occasion.
The first was an eggless chocolate cake baked in a jar and topped with Nutella Marshmallow.
The second was Fudge Oyster Surprises. Fudge cookie encased in vanilla filling and oyster wafers. The wafers are dipped in chocolate and sprinkles with coconut and can be bought (complete with vanilla filling) from most supermarkets. I bought mine in waitrose.
Although not flawless these recipes are a bit of wikedness. The oysters are very sweet, so swap in a triple chocolate cookie recipe if you think it may be too much to handle.
